Any order change made after a package was sent out is beyond Pooja Bhavan control.
If the order must be returned, the cost is automatically incurred by the customer.
If the customer wants to cancel their order, a phone call must be made to notify the store.
Orders are checked twice before sending out. This is to ensure quality control and to eliminate errors. All items are also packed suited to the fragility of the product. Any item broken after delivery is not reimbursed for.
If there is a return that needs to be made providing that it is not a store error, the customer must do so physically within 5-7 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in original packaging.
No return or exchange on sale items. Sale prices are final.
If there is a change in delivery address, this change needs to be done via phone at least 24 hours after the order was placed.

Prices listed online will not always correspond with the store prices. The online store is a separate avenue and will not be matched to store prices in instances where there are apparent differences.
